Mimi's Bridal Boutique was established in 2000 by Yvette Mikho who's had a lifetime of passion and experience in women's fashion, dress-making and jewelry. The boutique was named after Yvette's youngest daughter and remains a family business that's honored to have played a part in thousands of brides' special days over the past twenty-five years. We pride ourselves in being thoughtful and understanding and invite you and your family to be part of ours.

Yvette Mikho

Before immigrating to the United States in 1990, owner, Yvette Mikho was an established jewelry designer and catered to socialites of her native Baghdad, Iraq. (Mikho is pictured with one of her signature pieces.)


Once she settled in Ann Arbor, Mikho added fashion expertise to her resume when she opened a tailoring shop. After gaining extensive experience in wedding gown tailoring, Mikho opened her own bridal boutique named in honor of her youngest daughter, Mimi. The trusted local family business works hard to make brides happy. Today, Mikho is both fine jewelry designer and bridal boutique owner.

When Nadine jumped into the bridal industry after 25 years as a French and Japanese teacher, she was ready for a big change. Since joining us in 2024, she has evolved into a crucial operational leader who ensures everything runs seamlessly while still making helping her brides the number one priority. Gifted at authentically connecting with the brides she services, Nadine says Mimi’s Bridal Boutique is different because we treat each bride like family. Nadine loves all things wedding and often remarks that what began as a dream job has become even more fulfilling as she’s grown with the boutique.
